Alexandra Humiston: Graduate of Milford High School, Worcester State University

Plans are in place to hold a memorial service in the coming days.

Alexandra Rose Humiston of Milford passed away peacefully surrounded by her family, Friday, Feb. 7, at the University of Massachusetts Medical Center.  Alexandra was born in Lewisville Texas, daughter of Richard and Sara (Robinson) Humiston.       

Alexandra was a graduate of Milford High School (2006), and Worcester State University (2011), and was employed by Criterion – Middlesex Early Intervention Program as a bilingual Developmental Specialist.

In addition to her parents, Alexandra is survived by her daughter Bryanna Lillian Humiston and Derick Freeman, her brother Richard Humiston and Emily Patton, maternal grandmother Virginia Robinson, paternal grandmother Gertrude Humiston, aunt Beverly Poirier and husband Michael, aunt Melissa Dell'Erario and husband Nicholas, uncle Mark Robinson and wife Deanne, aunt Rosalie Gosselin and husband Ronald and by her cousins, Rebecca Maguire, Nicole Poirier, Thomas Dell'Erario, Heather Millette and Ronald Gosselin.

Alexandra was known for her quick wit, ability to light up a room, compassion and big heart. She always had time for a kind word, conversation, and she would leave you laughing! Alexandra enjoyed working with young children, ice cream and jolly ranchers, going to the gym, animals and playing with the love of her life, Bryanna. Life will be a bit more quiet and a lot less bright without her! Williamsburg!
