Anti-Casino Group Reports Half of Contributions from Out of Town, Omits Expenses and Declares Pending Receipts
Milford, Nov. 13, 2013 — WMRC's Ed Thompson reported today that "the [anti-casino] group lead by John Seaver and Steve Trettel raised about $23,000 and spent $14,000.

Seaver's and Trettel's group spent their cash on advertising, mailers, office supplies and the printing of signs and list contributions from 33 people, 15 of them from out of town!
Staunch Casino opponent Ken Rocket of Holliston is making money from the issue by printing signs for Seaver and Trettel. A curious omission from their report is that it lists no newspapers advertising, even tough they had some, and only ads at WMRC at a cost of $4,100.
Seaver's father-in-law [...] listed as treasurer, he signed these financial documents and he listed no in-kind contribution for his work.

Seaver's and Trettel's group also reports that electronic receipts are pending and they are not disclosing them and these reported funds, money they may have received by this method, electronic reporting and from what donors...
