Community Update

Can't believe that this happen at JIFFY LUBE IN MILFORD.
I read an article that they were investigated for charging customers for services they didn't do, (the videos are all over on you tube) so I stayed outside the whole time and paid attention to what they were doing, for my surprise they did not change the oil filter in my car, when I went to pay I confronted them, they said that they did change the oil filter, but I call the manager and told I did not see the oil filter being changed and I wanted proof (the old filter back) since I know that the my car takes a special filter, it was hard for them to give me the proof and after 5 minutes of talking among them they came back and apologize to me and said that the mechanic had forgotten to change it, now I wonder how many times they have done that, to make things worse they over fill my car with oil, never expected that this was going on in Milford, have been changing oil there for over a decade. everybody needs to be aware of this.
I guess that's the end of oil change for me at jiffy lube.
