July has arrived, and with that comes the staple landmark holiday of the summer season: Independence Day.

So, what are Milford's plans for the holiday this year?

On Thursday, July 3, Milford will host a fireworks display starting at about 10 p.m. at Clark Island on Milford Pond, according to the Milford own website. A rain date will be held Saturday, July 5 at the same time and location.
