Milford Halloween: Tot Cop and Baby Suspect

How'd you like to see these two coming down the street?

An image of the Milford Police logo was placed on a large box, and secured on a double stroller, turning it into a mini cruiser, complete with lights.

Inside, Quinn and Annabel Deans are shown in their themed costume of "cop and suspect." We like Annabel's attempted escape out the side window, too. Just like real suspects sometimes try to do!
