2011 Milford Hopedale Mendon Good Scout Award Dinner Honoring State Senator Richard Moore and active community member, Joseph Boczanowksi.

You are cordially invited to join your friends for the 2011 Milford Hopedale Mendon Good Scout Award Dinner to honor State Senator Richard Moore and active community member, Joseph Boczanowksi.

The dinner will be held on June 22, 2011 at the Myriad Ballroom, 6 Nipmuc Drive, Mendon, MA 01756 (off Rte. 16). The gathering will begin at 6:00 p.m., with an Opening Ceremony by the Scouts at 6:55 p.m. Dinner and the Awards presentation will follow.

The Scouting programs in Milford, Hopedale, and Mendon have been serving our youth and families for many decades. The Good Scout Award event raises necessary funds to support Scouting while recognizing those individuals who personify the Scout Oath and Law in their daily lives and who have excelled in their chosen career or personal interests. This award has been presented to numerous individuals in the MetroWest area who have made significant contributions to their community.

Senator Richard Moore has been a longtime resident of the area and has been an active volunteer leader and successful professional.

Joseph Boczanwoski, a successful professional and active Scouter, has been serving the needs of his community for many years through his affiliation with the Milford Regional Medical Center and Scouting in Mendon.

16 Eagle Scouts Awarded in 2010

2010 Council-wide Scouting for Food Good Turn collected over 100 tons of food for families in need.
