Meditation: Mindful Living for Peace and Happiness
Techniques to deal with Anger, Stress and Anxiety and to Increase Peace and Happiness
Thursdays 7:00 to 8:00 pm
In this class we will use mindfulness meditation techniques and other methods to achieve peace, contentment and happiness in our daily lives. The class will consist of four components that will be taught in sequence, one component per week. You can join the class at any stage since the cycle will be repeated every four weeks so people can deepen their practice. The four components are:
