EXPRESS Dance & Acrobatics is excited to offer All Star Prep Cheerleading for the 2nd Season!
This is a low cost, medium time commitment way to continue cheering after your Pop Warner or other fall commitments are over!
Teams practice 3-4 hours a week from December through the end of May and compete in 3-4 Regional competitions and a local National. This is a great way to advance your skills and experience All Star Cheerleading.
Last Pre-Training Evaluation Date: Tuesday, November 25th- 6:00pm-7:00pm

The cost for the Pre-Training Evaluation is FREE. All interested athletes must attend 1 session, but may attend both sessions.
We will evaluate athletes for team placement at these sessions while teaching proper motion, jump, stunt and tumble technique.
An informational Parent Meeting will take place on November 2nd and November 25th at the start of evaluations from 6:00pm-6:30pm.
