Run Fit will offer a free, six-week series of seminars covering topics important to the endurance athlete. You can pick and choose which ones you attend, or just come to them all.

How long is each seminar and when does it start?
Each seminar will start at 6:30 pm. We’ll cover the night’s topic in 30 to 45 minutes and then work out together for another 30 to 45 minutes.

What should I bring?
Your favorite folding chair, a water bottle (we have a fountain for refills), and tools to take notes with if you’re so inclined.
What‘s this about a work out?
Endurance Performance Series: Run Fit will offer a free, six-week series After each topic talk is over you’re invited to stick around for a CrossFit workout specifically designed for runners.
What should I wear?
Even if you are not planning to join the work out after the topic presentation, plan on wearing comfortable work out gear. Many of the sessions will introduce drills and techniques that relate to the subject and will get you up and moving.
Will this cost anything?
Nope! These are free and we offer them because we think if we can help to improve your running, results, and provide you with tools to avoid injury you’ll be a happier customer.
Do I have to sign up?
No, there’s no need to sign up for each session, but feel free to call or e-mail us if you are worried about room.
