Pejamajo Cafe Masters the Crepe

This tasty little eatery is worth the trip to Holliston.

You could stand on a corner and look around until a restaurant sign draws you in. But we've got a better idea. Each week, Milford Patch picks a great restaurant either in town or nearby that is worth checking out. Here's this week's choice:

PEJAMAJO CAFE — A restaurant devoted to all things crepe? Sounds too good to be true, but if you live near Holliston, you're in luck. is just such a restaurant. However, they offer much more than the typical dessert crepe. Dishes such as the roasted chicken, tomatoes, wild mushrooms, Swiss cheese and pesto are served upon delicious crepes.

Founder Jane Savas strives to serve only the freshest and locally grown (when available) ingredients on her crepes, along with locally brewed beers. The menu suggests a wine to complement each of the savory dishes at Pejamajo.

Be sure to save room for dessert. Try the divine Nuttie Professor: Nutella chocolate hazelnut and organic peanut butter topped with chocolate chips and whipped creme. If you’re feeling adventurous, create your own crepe, choosing from a wide variety of toppings.

Pejamajo Café is located at 770 Washington St., Holliston.
