Exhibit D-3 Sewer Improvements.     
   I thought I read somewhere that the Developer was paying for the connection of many houses and businesses to the new Town sewer system north of the Rte. 16- Fortune Blvd intersection. I may be miss-remembering…
   As I read this section and the comments in the Town’s Consultant reports, the Developer is extending the collection system “to the limit of public right-of-way to each adjacent existing household/business”.     I believe Sec. 3. Inflow/Infiltration Removal….covers existing problem areas in the Town and not newly connected collection systems. Unless I’m missing something, the existing homeowners and business owners may be responsible for closing/removing septic systems and the connection from the structure to the  new public ROW collection system. 
  Someone help me !!!
