    Will the On-site bus and “layover” facility be part of the covered parking garage?  If not, the 600’ setback for structures to residential areas should also apply to these outside layover facilities. To reduce noise and air pollution impacts, busses should not be allowed to idle for long periods of time. Access of busses should be limited to Rt. 495 access point and not over local roads.
  Will there be an off-site overflow storage area? Some Casinos, including Foxwoods in CT, send busses to charter bus parking lots, sometimes miles from the Casino.  Just some things to consider in final design.
