HONK for No Casino! Vote NO Today!

In these final hours leading up to Tuesday's referendum vote on the Foxwoods casino proposal, the grassroots organization Casino-Free Milford continues to reach out to as many voters as possible the way we know best—neighbor to neighbor.

Have you seen Casino-Free Milford's mobile billboard rolling around town? We have THREE driving all over Milford today and tomorrow. Be sure to wave or honk when you see one going by!

All of us at Casino-Free Milford are thrilled with the overwhelming support we continue to receive from the community. And we find our support is GROWING!

Casino-Free Milford has been working to inform Milford citizens of the negative impacts of a casino on our residential community for ten months now. We were wearing winter coats at our first standout back in March, and two weekends ago the chilly November weather forced us to bring those coats back out of the closet. One volunteer shared the story of how a local business owner drove by her standout location with steaming cups of hot chocolate and declared, "Thank you for standing out here in the cold to spread your message!"

Yesterday a group of Milford families held an impromptu rally downtown and later shared their photos on Facebook.

Casino-Free Milford's strength continues to be PEOPLE. Our people are passionate and we are doing all we can to keep Milford casino free!

Your NO VOTE Matters!
Please vote NO today, Tuesday, November 19th, and protect Milford for future generations!

Polls will be open 7:00 a.m. – 8:00 p.m.
