In a well written letter to the Gaming Commission, Representative Carolyn Dykema took a stand in support of Milford and has raised serious questions about Foxwoods' financial and criminal history that our local politicians have ignored.
Does Foxwoods intend to honor their “best efforts” host agreement or does their credibility put the document and the town at risk?
