Community Update

Adieu, adios and see you . Leaving and wonder why I waited so long. I brought my family here over 40 years ago. I am the only left and its long time passing when I should have gone. As a matter of fact, I knew that I was in the wrong place way back when I substituted at the old Milford High School and  Shakespeare was the assignment, for which not one student was prepared or capable. That was less alarming than the venue which was the library. Even that anomaly was surpassed by the fact that were NO books in the library!  The football team had more coaches than the library had books! Alas it was too late to move back to Vermont. But as I made my living by traveling, I just grinned and bared it for over 40 years since I did not need to profit locally. Route 495 had no traffic. You could drive for miles and never see another car, Now I am off to see more enlightened places , people and a much better climate.
