Savers Bank Announces Promotions

Savers Bank is pleased to announce the addition of a new employee to the team and the promotion of another employee.

Jessica Jimenez of Southbridge, previously an Assistant Branch Manager at Citizens Bank, has been hired as Assistant Branch Manager at the Southbridge branch. She has 6 years of banking experience and has closed over $15 million in loans. In her current job, she looks forward to helping customers make better financial decisions by recommending certain products and services. “I absolutely love my new position at the bank,” Jimenez said. “It’s very customer and community-oriented here, and I love being able to give back by volunteering my time.”

Elaine Stone has been with Savers Bank for 7 years and has been promoted to Human Resources Manager, where her responsibilities include employee relations, compensation and benefits administration, development and implementation of policies, and recruitment.  Prior to this position, her roles at Savers Bank included 2 years as HR Administrator and several years as a Senior Credit Analyst in the Commercial Loan department. Of her new position, Stone said, “I am looking forward to developing and enhancing my knowledge and experience in the Human Resource Department at Savers Bank with the ongoing goal of enriched employee engagement.” A resident of Webster, she holds a B.S. in Business Administration from Worcester State College and attended the Massachusetts Bankers Association School of Commercial Lending. Stone also said she enjoys her involvement with the Annual United Way Day of Caring and the Meals on Wheels programs she participates in through Savers Bank.
