Wine Making on East Main Street at 77th and Vine
77th and Vine is a wine supply shop at 77 E. Main Street. This was the first wine-making class, organized for a group of Waters Corp. employees.
The wine making and wine supply shop 77th & Vine was a busy place on Wednesday night.
Eight employees of the Waters Corp. in Milford have been taking a wine-making class at the shop, which opened about a year ago. Wednesday was the final night: for bottling their homemade wines.
Over a month, the group had met at the wine shop to learn about the wine-making process, beginning with the fermentation.
They all left with 24 freshly bottled wines of their own making, including the Blueberry Pomegranate wine chosen by class organizer Cassie Porter.
The hardest part of learning to make wine?
"The wait," she said.
