Spurned by a majority of Milford voters, Foxwoods Massachusetts has redirected its attention to Fall River.

The casino partners are expected to announce Tuesday the details of a new proposal for a resort casino in Fall River, according to a report published by the Associated Press.

The mayor of Fall River, William Flanagan, reported that no location within the city had been chosen. David Nunes, the chief development officer of Foxwoods MA, called his office the day after Milford voters rejected the casino referendum.

I wonder if "Gaming Facts" will be posting on the Fall River Patch? Telling the people there how wonderful a casino would be.

Well, we don't have a Fall River Patch, but we do have one right next door, in Tiverton, RI. So…. we'll have to see how this one turns out.

Let's hope the casino free people get to repeal Gov. Patrick, and that we the people get to vote casinos completely out of our state if that's what the majority wants!
