Boston Symphony Quartet Performs for Milford

A quartet of musicians from the Boston Symphony Orchestra performed a community concert at Milford Town Hall Saturday.

Several hundred people attended a community concert by a Boston Symphony Orchestra quartet Saturday, listening to Beethoven and Dvorak quartets for nearly 90 minutes.

The free concert at Milford Town Hall was a part of the BSO's community concert series, made possible by a grant from the Lowell Institute.

The musicians were violinist Xin Ding, a member of the Boston Symphony Orchestra since 1999; violinist Catherine French, a member of the Boston Symphony Orchestra since 1994; violinist Kazuko Matsusaka, a member of the BSO since 1991; and cellist Owen Young, who joined the orchestra in 1991.
