When Does the Winter Parking Ban End in Milford?
The ban went into effect on Dec. 1 and violators were subject to a $25 fine.
Despite the wintry-cold temperatures in the area this week, signs of spring are nigh in Milford, as residents in town will no longer have to worry about winter parking restrictions come this weekend.
The town's Winter Parking Ban is set to end on Saturday, March 15, according to the town website.
The ban went into effect on Dec. 1, 2013 and prohibited on-street parking between 12 and 6 a.m. regardless of weather conditions. Signs with detail on the ban are posted on major roads leading into Milford, including Rte. 16, Rte. 85, Rte. 109 and Rte. 140.
