Outreach Gofundme Surgery Help

Hello my name is Jacob. I am due to undergo surgery coming this may. 
In 2011 I was diagnosed with HCM, a genetic heart disease. 

I am been taking medications for this for the past couple years and now it has come time for an open heart surgery called a Septal Myechtomy.

I am looking to help fund some of the medical cost of this. I am going to need cardiac rehab after the surgery. 
I also want to get my children genetic testing to see if they have the markers for HCM.

HCM is one of the leading causes of sudden cardiac deaths. It is very important that I am able to get this testing done for my children.
