STROKE DEVELOPMENT CLINIC
This 2 week clinic will strengthen swimmers' (ages 6-19) strokes. The four basic strokes (freestyle/crawl, backstroke, breaststroke, and butterfly) will be covered. Please note that this clinic is to enable refinement of these strokes, therefore swimmers should be able to do all 4 strokes. Starts and turns will also be covered.
Dates:
Session 1: Tuesday and Thursday, Sept 10, 12, 17, 19, 24, 26
Session 2: Tuesday and Thursday, Oct 8, 10, 15, 17, 22, 24
*Space is limited to 38 swimmers per session.
Time/Place: 4:30- 5:45 PM, Milford High School Pool
Fee: $75/R; $85/NR

**Registration deadline is Sept 3 for Session 1, Oct 1 for Session 2**
