Water Aerobics
Mondays (year-round) 6:15 - 7:15 pm.  Bring this ad to your first class.

This water exercise class will be a good workout that will not only burn calories and relieve stress, but also improve strength, flexibility, and cardio endurance. It will include water walking warm up, cardio workout (at own pace), balance and abdominal/core muscle strengthening exercises. Great for both new and regular water exercisers.

Laila Vehvilainen has been teaching Water Aerobics for many years. 
 
Workout Smart & Eat Smarter
Wednesday, January 15, 7:00 - 8:00 PM @ MHS

Let's face it diet and exercise do not come easy to most of us.  Tonight's talk will focus on the benefits of cross training and the art of healthy eating.  We will discuss 10 simple steps to keep you and your family fit, healthy and happy.  There will be take home handouts on healthy snacks, quick and easy breakfast ideas and a workout plan to help keep you lean and fit.  The discussion will be interactive and questions are encouraged. 

This class will be taught by Liane Blyn. Liane is a highly sought after strength and conditioning coach.  Liane owns and operates Athletic Based Training (Holliston and Milford), a speed strenght and conditioning facility.  She is also the strength and conditioning coach at Franklin HIgh School. 

Latin & Ballroom Dancing

For Singles and couples!  Do you want to feel comfortable on the dance floor at the next wedding, party or other social event?  If the answer is yes, then give us a try and learn a few basic steps.

Bryan Tello and Lana Remenuik will be teaching this class.  Bryan began dancing at the age of 15.  He discovered his passion for dance after one dance lesson.  In 2011 he became the United States National Champion in Baltimore, Maryland.  Bryan enjoys teaching because he wants others to share his passion.  As a teacher, he explains technique and structure, but also makes sure every student enjoys the experience of dancing.  He believes everyone can become a good dancer.

Home Buying Boot Camp

Join us for our Home Buyer Boot Camp.  In today's fast moving real estate market, you will need to be prepared to come out on top.  Build your credit knowledge and strengthen your understanding of the home buying process so you end up with the right house at the right price.  This educational boot camp will focus on real life scenarios that will demystify the entire process.  A panel of local experts will forge the way.  Michael Shain, a long time mortgage consultant with Charles River Bank, leads a team of professionals, including a realtor, attorney and home inspector.
