Hiring Customer Services Representatives in Ashland, MA

OnProcess Technology, the industry leader in customized, outsourced reverse logistics services, is currently seeking Customer Service Representatives in support of our service supply chain optimization and customer experience management services.

Responsibilities include: perform outbound/inbound customer calls, advise customers on behalf of OPT's clients, communicate with customers via telephone, fax or e-mail as assigned, exceed OPT's quality performance standards, appropriately handle negative customer situations and escalate situations to the appropriate level of management. Shifts are dependent on client country's hours of operation.

The successful candidate will possess 6 -- 24 months of experience in a customer service business environment, high school graduate with some college or degree preferred, excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills, strong attention to detail with an ability to multi-task, minimum of 35 wpm typing, basic computer skills, an ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
