Blaire House Contributes $250 to Milford Council on Aging in Memory of Late Ruth Anne Bleakney

Blaire House of Milford, one of two local skilled nursing and rehabilitation                                                                                                                              centers who provide Adult Day Health and Home Care Services, hosted the First Annual Picnic on the Patio June 19 at The Ruth Anne Bleakney Senior Center.

Welcoming remarks by Executive Director, Kyle Romano, included a heartfelt thanks to the seniors in attendance. The Blaire House of Milford honored the late Senior Center Director, Ruth Anne Bleakney, with a $250 donation in her memory.  

This gift was presented to Council on Aging Chairman Vincent Squiciari. Romano expressed that it was an honor to be able to host this event at the center's new patio. Romano also thanked Acting Director, Dolores Alvarez-De-Vita and Program Coordinator, Johnna O'Loughlin for their hard work and ongoing dedication to our Milford Seniors.
