Where is Milford in "Milford Patch"?

Is it my imagination or what?
Lately reading the patch doesn't seem the same, and in my opinion not for the better.
I feel like I'm reading a lot of headlines that have nothing to do with Milford.
Where has our Police & Fire gone? I know there still posting some stuff from the logs, but they seem to be getting shorter.
Is it because they have nothing to report? Is it because they want us to think our drunk drivers, unlicensed drivers, our petty neighbors don't have noise complaints anymore?
Why aren't we hearing about local businesses?
Our great Milford Hawks, did they fly away for more than the upcoming Winer Vacation?
Anything I missed???
