Beatles Tribute Band at Town Park, Junior Still Missing

Here are five things to help inform your day.

1. POSTPONED UNTIL THURSDAY DUE TO RAIN: The WMRC Family Night at the Bandstand Tuesday (tonight) will feature the popular Beatles tribute band, Help! The show is from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. at the Milford Town Park and it's free. The event tonight is sponsored by Milford Federal Savings & Loan.

2. Heavy rain is in the forecast for Tuesday. It should get started by mid morning. Afternoon rain could include a thunderstorm, according to the National Weather Service in Taunton.

3. Miss Mello is a palm and tarot card reader who has newly relocated to Milford from East Boston. Both locations are proposed for resort casinos. Milford Patch asked her what she thought about the casino in Milford. Her outlook was positive: "It will make money. I feel Milford will make money."

4. Dana Farber has a nutrition app now available for both Android and iPhone mobile phones, which will provide recipes that are useful in fighting cancer.

5. Junior is still missing from Emmons Street. He is a large tuxedo-style cat, black and white, and missed by his family. Please call if you've seen him about.
