High School Athlete's Ages 13-Up

Developing speed, quickness and explosion is so much more than just running sprints and cutting at cones.  A solid base of strength and flexibility must be built throughout the body, this is so important because you need to be able to control your body and apply maximum force into the ground.  That cannot be developed by just running around cones.

What You Will Learn:

  • Proper warm up techniques
  • How to build a foundation so speed and quickness can develop
  • Improve sprinting techniques
  • Basic & advanced training techniques that build explosion
  • Proper cool down after workout to speed up recovery
