About this column:
I've never been afraid to ask people to stop and think about things. I find that science changes the way your brain works, and it makes you think more deeply about things. I'll be requesting that you, the reader, take a trip into the recesses of your mind and see that there is more to the world than just the "here and now.""I'm this guy standing on a planet. Really, I'm just a speck. Compared with a star, the planet is just another speck. To think about all of this. To think about the vast emptiness of space.
