Blog on the Blogs: A Quickie! On the Snow!

I wanted to post a quick, short, positive note on Milford's handling of the snowstorm/blizzard. I was completely housebound for 48 hours, and worried I'd never get out again, until my amazing landscaper, Paul Santos (who'd been up all night plowing) came and plowed my driveway. So when I finally took my car out Sunday morning, to go to church in Wellesley, it was like being freed from a long prison term (not that I know much about that...). And let me tell you, Wellesley, Natick, Sherborn, Holliston, Weston, Framingham--NONE of these places were as well plowed or as safe to drive as Milford! Milford did us PROUD. Thanks to all the men and women who make Milford the surprisingly civilized place it is, surrounded by wealthier, showier, more expensive towns. Go Milford!! Best services around. And YES, I think the Governor did the right thing to ban inessential driving...

Good to see you here again David! I would like to thank the mystery person who came with a snowblower and widened the path from my door to the driveway, which was cleared by the landlord. People can be very kind and we forget that sometimes online!

To be honest, I was expecting something different from the blog after reading the title. Nonetheless, welcome back.
