Gov. Deval Patrick spent about 90 minutes at Draper Memorial Park in Milford Tuesday, listening to the concerns of area residents and taking questions.

Many people who support the immigration enforcement program Secure Communities carried signs, and questioned why Patrick does not want the program in Massachusetts.

Perhaps if this Illegal Equadoran had gotten the impression they are looking for illegals to deport, he may have used more discretion than he did and we would NOT have had this needless fatality. However we have promoted the impression in MA that we are easy on Illegals and they can do just as they please!!! I was in a Hit and Run and reported it in 2006 in Milford, where else? I am furious about this! Dave in Grafton

How else does a policy get to the lowest on the social ladder but by word of mouth? Spoken and communicated in their native language, they only are then notified of the world of the law and HOW to avoid being noticed. Deval is concerned they will have some worry in their lives... and they should be worried!!! Be afraid, be VERY afraid!!! Damit!!!
