Restaurant Inspections: KFC, Crivello's, Trattoria, Chim Thai and More

The following restaurants were inspected and no violations were found.

Applebee's Neighborhood Grille, 91 Medway Rd., May 4: No violations. Good job on routine cleaning and maintenance.

Crivello's Crossing, 45 Depot St., May 4: Bathroom/restroom needs handwash sign and soap. No other issues. Good job with general cleaning.

Trattoria 89 Centrale, 89 Main St., May 11: Recommend painting floor in bar area. Use test strips to monitor proper sanitizer levels in dishwaster. Need 50-100 ppm. Use sanitizer in bucket, 50-100 ppm, during food prep. Overall clean, well-run, food establishment.

Chim Thai, 196 E. Main St., May 11: Ice machine needs to be cleaned. Sanitizer on rags, need bucket with bleach, 50-100 ppm. Overall very clean food establishment.

Dunkin Donuts, 31 Main St., May 25: No violations at the time of inspection.

KFC, 55 Medway Rd., May 25: Ice machine needs to be cleaned better. Cover inside hoses. Toilet in ladies' room overflowing. Manager is addressing the issue. Menu posting for food allergy awareness. Overall, good job on routine cleaning.
