Police Log: Thefts, Arrests
The following information was supplied by the Milford police department. Where arrests or charges are mentioned, it does not indicate a conviction.
Officers overnight received several noise complaints and also responded to a report of debris in the road on Route 140.
Sunday, Feb. 12
1:31 p.m.: A caller on Franklin Street reported wires down.
3:36 p.m.: An officer arrested Justine Ann Calagione, 25, of 56 Meade St., Apt. 3, Milford on a warrant.
5:11 p.m.: Firefighters responded to Court Street for a report of smoke coming from a kitchen and burning food.
6:47 p.m.: Upton police reported debris in the road near Plains Automotive.
8:25 p.m.: A complaint of loud music was made on Mayhew Slip.
9:25 p.m.: A caller told police he could hear a woman screaming to "call police" on Mark Drive.
11:13 p.m.: A man walked in to police headquarters to report the theft of a laptop from his vehicle in a lot off Congress Street.
Monday, Feb. 13
8:26 a.m.: A caller reported a company, Tempron Products on Granite Street, had been broken into over the weekend.
9:29 a.m.: A man told police he had not seen or heard from his brother in a month, and asked police to do a well-being check. The brother was found at Johnny Jack's restaurant and was reported to be OK.
10:16 a.m.: A woman walked in to police headquarters and said she needed to speak to an officer about an item that had been left at a gun shop, and was not returned to her.
