Police Log: Stalking Complaint, Children by the Brook

The following information was supplied by the Milford police department. Where arrests or charges are mentioned, it does not indicate a conviction.

 

In the overnight dispatch log, officers responded to a report that children were unattended, and walking near a brook. It turned out to be OK. Officers also responded to a reported domestic dispute.

Sunday, March 18

3:05 p.m.: Police responded to a two-vehicle crash at the Mobil on Cedar Street. No injuries resulted.

3:31 p.m.: A man walked in to police headquarters to report he had lost his wallet with cash, credit cards and other items inside, while at EZ Way Car Wash. A report was filed.

8:07 p.m.: A complaint of loud music from a car stereo was reported on Purchase Street.

10:18 p.m.: Officers responded to South Bow Street for a report of a domestic incident. A woman told officers she wanted her son removed from the residence. The son had left before police arrived, and the woman said she would lock the door, and that he didn't have a key.

Monday, March 19

12:55 a.m.: Police received a report of vandalism to a car on Colonial Road. The resident heard an alarm, and went out to check and found evidence of a pry tool on the passenger door and window frame. A report was filed.

9:35 a.m.: A person walked in to report that hypodermic needles had been found behind PinZ. An officer disposed of the items.

10:46 a.m.: A disturbance was reported at Whitcomb House. In the memory care unit, a man was attempting to remove his wife from the property. Police spoke to him.

12:54 p.m.: A caller reported seeing a young boy and girl walking along the brook on Sanclemente Circle. An officer who responded determined the children's mother was out back with them.

1:10 p.m.: A man walked in to police headquarters to report his brother was stalking him.

1:15 p.m.: A two-car crash with no injury was reported on Cape Road near Fafama Auto Sales. The crash involved a Chevrolet Tahoe and a GMC Yukon.
