Police Log: Indecent Exposure Complaint, Woman and Children Locked Out
The following information was provided by the Milford Police Department. Charges do not indicate a conviction.
Sunday, Jan. 20
2:03 p.m.: Two women walked in to police headquarters to report that a man had been "rubbing his private parts" inside Panera Bread, in the dining area. Police filed an incident report.
2:11 p.m.: A woman asked to speak to an officer about her son being harassed by a friend's father.
2:52 p.m.: A caller said her 12-year-old son had either lost his iPhone 4S, or someone had stolen the device. It was in a black case.
8:00 p.m.: A caller reported her granddaughter might be in trouble, and asked an officer to respond to her home. The woman was not at that address. Police issued a BOLO for a vehicle, to check on the well-being of the woman. Police located the vehicle on Mark Drive. Police arrested Richard Alan Findley, 23, of 149 Lincoln, Apt. 1, Marlborough, on a charge of domestic assault and battery.
10:55 p.m.: A man walked in to police headquarters and asked to speak to an officer about harassment he's receiving about a promotion he received at work. Police spoke to the people involved.
Monday, Jan. 21
1:22 a.m.: A caller on Water Street told police his girlfriend would not leave his house. The police responded, but she had left without further incident.
7:52 a.m.: A two-car crash was reported on Fortune Boulevard. Both vehicles were towed. No injury was reported.
10:01 a.m.: A woman reported her boyfriend had locked her and her children out of the house, and they didn't have shoes or jackets. Police responded.
10:27 a.m.: A caller said her ex-husband was parked out in front of her mother's house, watching as her daughter-in-law left the home. There was no reason for him being parked there, she reported.
11:31 a.m.: A caller asked to speak to an officer about filing a report, stating her landlord's son keeps breaking into her apartment.
