Friday, Sept. 7

4:13 p.m.: A woman went to the Police Department lobby to report her ex-boyfriend had assaulted her that morning. Police are seeking a summons to charge Mike Jeanhouby Remy, 23, of 18 Fayette St., Apt. 2, Milford, with domestic assault and battery.

7:58 p.m.: A caller from Hemlock Lane requested police assistance with a large package that was mis-delivered to his address. Police said the proper owner of the package would be by to pick it up.

9:58 p.m.: A caller reported several people fighting in the KMart parking lot; they were walking toward KMart from World Gym. Police were out with three females; they were college students fooling around.

Saturday, Sept. 8

1:01 a.m.: A caller reported she received a phone call from her daughter reporting that her ex-boyfriend was assaulting her. Police responded to School Street, and paramedics evaluated the daughter, who refused assistance. Police will be seeking a summons to charge George Wenck, 22, of 83 School St., Apt. 2, Milford, with domestic assault and battery, larceny under $250 and intimidating a witness.

1:04 a.m.: Police received at least two calls from homes on North and Hamilton streets, reporting a white Ford escape driving erratically and on sidewalks. Police did not locate the vehicle.

3:45 a.m.: A caller from Eben Street requested an ambulance to take her drunk and out-of-control son to the hospital.

7:52 a.m.: An intoxicated man went to the Police Department to report his house on Congress Street was broken into. The man appeared to be injured; he had blood on his shirt and his face was swollen. Police searched the area for a vehicle, with negative results.

9:16 a.m.: Police responded to a motor vehicle crash in the CVS parking lot on Medway Road. They are seeking a summons to charge Luis Loja, 28, of 32 Water St., Apt. 3, Milford, with unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and speeding.

10:07 a.m.: A caller from Fruit Street reported an Xbox 360 and Blu-Ray player were stolen from her apartment.

11:04 a.m.: A caller reported a motorcycle was revving its engine in the Italian-American Vets parking lot. There was a motorcycle run there.

1:55 p.m.: Police responded to a motor vehicle crash at West Walnut and Congress streets. Police are seeking a summons to charge James R. Lombardo, 24, of 14 Metcalf Ave., Milford, with failing to stop/yield, operating a motor vehicle with a suspended registration and having an uninsured motor vehicle.

4:02 p.m.: One car was towed from a motor vehicle crash on Fortune Boulevard by the Comfort Inn.

8:55 p.m.: The Fire Department responded to a call at 8 Lena Ln. There was a fire in the kitchen. The fire was extinguished.

Sunday, Sept. 9

12:53 p.m.: A Whitewood Road resident reported his house key was mailed to him but it was taken out of the envelope. He requested extra patrols until he could change the locks.

1 p.m.: Police responded to a domestic on Pheasant Circle; a caller reported her sister just smacked her across the face.

2:16 p.m.: Police are seeking a summons to charge Mark E. Harris, 44, of 213 Maplebrook Rd., Bellingham, with domestic assault and battery.

3:07 p.m.: Police stopped a suspicious motor vehicle near Bugaboo Creek. Brian McCoy, 21, of 15 Lincoln St., Medway, was arrested and charged on a warrant for receiving stolen property under $250.

4:44 p.m.: A Rite Aid employee said the store filled a prescription and believed it was just sold in the parking lot.

9:01 p.m.: A caller from Hancock Street said there was a domestic at a house behind her house on Harding Street. She said she heard yelling, a female crying and glass breaking. Police found the residents were doing renovations and there was no domestic.

9:21 p.m.: A caller from Chester Lane said someone tried to break in to their neighbor's car in the last half hour. Police checked the area and found no suspicious activity.

10:16 p.m.: A caller from Exchange Street said he could hear a female saying "help." Police spoke to the caller; they did not hear anyone calling for help, but they did find there was a party in a nearby building. The hosts of the party turned down the music.

Monday, Sept. 10

7:18 a.m.: Upton police requested assistance with closing Route 140 by Fiske Mill Road because of a crash in their town.
