Friday, Aug. 31

4:48 p.m.: Police responded to Milford Regional Medical Center, for a report of a man in custody by Franklin Police who was acting "out of control."

5:06 p.m.: A caller reported she was an office manager at an apartment on Medway Road, and when she served an eviction notice to a tenant, "he made threats to her."

6:11 p.m.: A Honda Accord and a school bus were reported to be involved in a crash on Cedar Street, near Sports Authority. No injuries were reported.

8:16 p.m.: A woman reported she got into a physical fight with a boyfriend, and struck him in self-defense. The woman left and was staying in another location. Police are seeking a summons to charge Delfin Pires, 19, of 25 S. Sumner St., Milford, with domestic assault and battery.

8:25 p.m.: A caller asked to speak to an officer about a tenant on Forest Street who had left damage to an apartment.

8:48 p.m.: A caller on Senate Road complained that kids were playing around and on vehicles and creating a noise disturbance. Police spoke to them.

Saturday, Sept. 1

1:22 a.m.: A police sergeant reported he was flagged down about a hit-and-run in the area of Pearl Street. Police located the vehicle which was struck at Pearl and Granite streets. An officer located a vehicle that had heavy front end damage and both airbags deployed. Police arrested Paul J. Hughes, 36, of 41 Purchase St., Apt. IR, Milford, on charges of leaving the scene of property damage and OUI liquor, second offense.

1:37 a.m.: Police received a complaint about people in the park at the Portuguese Club creating a noise disturbance.

9:29 a.m.: A woman reported lawn equipment had been stolen from her garage on Eben Street.

12:09 p.m.: State Police transferred a call that an erratic driver got off Interstate 495 and was "all over the road." State Police received multiple calls about the vehicle.

3:17 p.m.: A disturbance was reported at the Sunoco on South Main Street. Three females were reported to be fighting in the parking lot. Police determined the females were friends and "just joking around."

5:09 p.m.: A caller reported a two-car crash on Central Street at Bragg Slip. Police arrested Guasco Z. Baltazar, 44, of 41 Jefferson St., Apt. 1, Mlford on charges of OUI Liquor, second offense and operating a motor vehicle with a license revoked as a habitual traffic offender.

5:09 p.m.: A 10-year-old boy with a possible neck injury was taken from Milford High School's football field to UMass Memorial Medical Center in Worcester.

5:27 p.m.: A caller reported a loud, outdoor party on Water Street.

5:59 p.m.: A woman walked in to police headquarters and reported harassment by an ex-boyfriend.

8:42 p.m.: A woman reported a domestic incident. Police are seeking a summons to charge Kevin R. Ostertog, 39, of 2 Shadowbrook Lane, Apt. 26, Milford, with domestic assault and battery.

11:29 p.m.: A caller reported a loud music complaint in the area of Highland Street.

Sunday, Sept. 2

12:07 a.m.: A caller reported a fight at a neighbor's house on Pearl Street. A second caller reported loud noise and yelling. Police reported the youths were seen fleeing toward Milford Town Park.

1:16 a.m.: Following a motor vehicle stop on Lee at Lawrence streets, police arrested Bruno Oliveira, 31, of 55 Lawrence St., Milford, on charges of unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and speeding.

8:01 a.m.: A man was reported to be laying on the ground at Congress and Pine streets, not moving. An officer took the man home.

9:57 a.m.: A woman reported a man had hit her with his fist. Police arrested Rizwan Malik, 30, of 10 Governors Way, Apt. B, Milford, on a charge of domestic assault and battery.

11:41 a.m.: An officer removed several youths from "hanging around the Town Hall." The youths live on an adjoining street.

1:14 p.m.: The loss prevention officer at Kohl's reported a woman took items from the store and was now "running through the parking lot, trying to escape." Police are seeking a summons to charge Mary Molloy, 49, of 15 Central Park, Franklin, with shoplifting more than $100 by concealing merchandise.

2:53 p.m.: Police and firefighters responded to the Milford Water Company property, near the Milford Upper Charles Trail for a medical emergency. A caller reported a person had two broken ankles. Eight people were carrying the individual out of the trail. The injured person was taken to Milford Regional Medical Center.
