There will be an open house at 13 Ivy Lane in Milford from 12-1. It is a great 4 bedroom, 2.5 bath 2300 sqft colonial for $329,500. There will also be an open house at 2D Governor's Way in Milford from 1:30-3. It is a move in ready 2 bed, 2.5 bath 1900 sqft condo. Both worth the visit. Hi Judy! They have put mine in there before with out my prompting them too. They are pretty good about being helpful. They have 2 agents that provide them with that info for the Milford Patch.
