Milford Varsity Hockey Secures Spot in Playoffs

With a victory over Taunton on Wednesday, Milford High School's varsity hockey team will advance to the playoffs this year.

The Milford High Varsity Hockey team clinched a spot in the playoffs for the Hockomock League Davenport Division, with a 5-3 win Wednesday over Taunton.

The team now has a 9-7-2 overall record, according to MassHockey.com. The next scheduled game is 4 p.m. Friday at Franklin, at the Sgt. Pirelli Veterans Memorial Rink.
