Milford Police Arrest Two Following Drug Raid

Milford Police have announced the arrest of a Milford man on charges including possession with intent to distribute heroin.

Milford Police have arrested two men following a raid on South Main Street Friday.

After obtaining a warrant from Milford District Court, police detectives searched an apartment at 43 S. Main St. about 1:30 p.m.

As a result of the search, detectives arrested two men on drug charges and seized a quantity of heroin, methadone and cash from the suspects and residence, said Lt. James Falvey, in a press release.

Nicholas B. Papi, 22, of 43 S. Main St., first floor, Milford, was arrested and charged with possession with intent to distribute a Class A substance (heroin), possession of a Class A substance (heroin), possession of a Class B substance (methadone), and conspiracy to violate the drug laws.

Joseph Cuddiny, 26, of 79 Taunton St., Wrentham, was arrested and charged with possession of a Class A substance (heroin).
