During the battle between Harry Potter and the Basilisk, a snake like creature, Dumbledore's phoenix Fawkes was able to blind the Basilisk, allowing Harry to fight the Basilisk without the fear of being killed instantly by its gaze. In this scene, Harry is played by Ryan Zanella.

The Milford Performing Arts Center presented their summer workshop production of Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets Thursday and Friday at the MPAC studio, 150 Main St. The second in the Harry Potter series was produced and directed by Carol Devendorf.
Our Patch camera was there Wednesday afternoon for one of the dress rehersals.
