3. On Saturday, the U.S. Postal Service will collect canned goods and other non-perishable food for the . Letter carriers will collect donations left by mail boxes, and dropped off at post offices. The campaign by the National Association of Letter Carriers is taking place in 1,500 towns and cities this year, according to the union website.

4. The JAG Youth Council and recently combined at a Find Yourself Fridays event to raise funds for Best Buddies, a club with a chapter at Milford High School that pairs developmentally disabled youth and teens. The Find Yourself Fridays event raised $150 from ticket sales for the Best Buddies chapter at Milford High.
