Update: Phatso is back home!
Phatso, a 2-year-old English bulldog, ran away from her new home at 86 West St. Wednesday morning.
Her family just adopted her, and she doesn't have her tags yet. She may not even remember where she lives yet, but she's missed and her family is heart-broken.
If you see her, call owner Melissa Miller at 339-222-1555.
