Starting in September and continuing through December 3, the Young Adult Program at the Milford Town Library is sponsoring a community project to collect and send holiday packages to troops serving overseas.The YA Dept invites the Milford community andsurrounding towns to join us on Saturday, December 3 at 2pm to help us prepare these packages.

There is a cash donation bottle (for packaging and shipping expenses) and buckets for donations across from the Circulation Desk. A list of most commonly requested and appreciated items is available on bright yellow paper at the donation table. Popular items include batteries, game books, DVDs, lip balm, gum, nuts, eye drops, hard candy and cough drops.
