Girl Scout Troop 30572 spent their camping trip to the beach filling up trash bags with the plastic containers that washed ashore.

This past weekend the Girl Scout Cadettes of Troop 30572 went camping on Lovells Island in Boston Harbor. Despite the rain the girls had a fantastic time. On Saturday, the Cadettes completed a service project by cleaning the beaches on Lovells Island, a Massachusetts state park. They filled many trash bags and collected the plastic containers that washed ashore.
