The VNA and Hospice of Greater Milford, in cooperation with the Boards of Health in Milford, Hopedale, Franklin, Medway, Mendon, Blackstone, Millville, Uxbridge and Northbridge, is sponsoring seasonal flu immunization clinics, according to a written statement from Milford Regional Medical Center. 

The vaccine includes protection against H1N1 and influenza. For more information, contact the Senior Center or Board of Health. Pre-registration may be required.

"Due to the change in availability of state-provided vaccine, free vaccine is available for children under 19 years of age, those with Medicare B and the uninsured only," the statement said. "There may be a $12.00 charge applied for the vaccine dependent upon your insurance coverage.  Please bring your insurance cards to the clinic for verification."
