The Milford Town Library Youth Services Department will be sponsoring our annual Halloween Costume Parade which will be held on Tuesday, October 30, 2012 in the Granite & Quarry Room at 10 AM. Immediately following the parade, children of all ages with an adult are invited to join us for some spooky stories, songs and fingerplays. Refreshments will be served following the program. Registration is not required for this program
