Want to work with a nutritionist to get a customized plan specific to your goals?   If so, we have the solution for you!  Erin Mahoney, creator of Girl Power, running coach and personal trainer & Rachel Howe, owner of Momentum Fitness Boot Camps, nutritionist and personal trainer are joining forces to offer you a totally customized 4-week program that is guaranteed to get you results! 

Every participant will get a comprehensive nutritional analysis as well as 4 weeks of personal training in a small group setting.  Prepare to work hard & learn all the tools you need to get results that will last a lifetime.  Class size is limited to 6-8 participants so sign up today! 

This program will meet twice a week on Tuesday and Thursday mornings at Memorial Hall.  Class 1 will be held from 9:15 - 10:15 am and Class 2 will be held from 10:30 - 11:30 am.   The cost for this program is $285/R; $295/NR.   Registration is on a first-come, first-serve basis and registration is limited.
